About This Webinar

The biggest challenge for ABA agencies across the nation is recruiting and retaining talent.  Turnover is at an all time high. Although largely an issue with therapists and BCBAs, finding quality management and back office personnel is a challenge, too.  Kim Finger, owner of ABA Building Blocks and a seasoned ABA executive, will share creative and successful strategies for how to find and retain employees. If you are using Indeed and ZipRecruiter and still struggling, you are not alone! Join us for an informative session on the new and different ways to find and keep your employees.

Kim also spent several years in executive coaching where she learned the fundamentals of leadership and management, and business operations.

About ABA Building Blocks

ABA Building Blocks was founded in 2019 by Kim Finger, Ph.D. As is so often the case, Kim was first introduced to autism and Applied Behavior Analysis while in college. After working in the industry for many years, Kim retired due to a cancer diagnosis.

While undergoing treatment, Kim continued to consult with BCBAs who were clinically very strong but needed support and guidance on business matters as they launched and grew their agencies.

Once recovered and ready to get back to work, Kim recognized that although there were business consultants, medical billers, financial planners and others offering a variety of services, they lacked a background in autism and special needs and as such, didn't understand the industry and how best to assist those in need.

ABA Building Blocks was developed to fill this gap. Kim brought together a team of experts in the autism space including BCBAs, consultants, human resources specialists, credentialing and billing specialists and others establishing the only one-stop-shop business services company for the autism and special needs industry.

Since 2019 ABA Building Blocks has supported more than 1,000 companies from startups to national brands in the US, Canada, and the Middle East.
